SPANISH POTATO TORTILLA:

I like cooking, and my favorite dish is the Spanish potato omelette. My recipe for a 4-6 servings is:

Ingredients:
-3 potatoes (peeled and halved).
-1/4 cup olive oil.
-1 onion, thinly sliced.
-6 eggs.

Directions:
First cook the potatoes and onions.Heat oil in frying pan. Add potato slices and onion and fry for 5 minutes until tender and golden.Whisk eggs and next, pour over potato and onion mixture.
Cook tortilla over low heat for 10 minutes.
Then, loosen edges of tortilla with spatula and slide onto a plate and turn the tortilla over to cook the underside again for another 5-10 minutes.
Finally, stand for 10 minutes before cutting to serve.
